RAVYNL currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping services, costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout after a delivery address is entered. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by carrier and local conditions.

We select the carrier and service based on the delivery address and availability. Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout after an order ships.

Returns

Contact us before returning an item. Jewelry must be unused, unworn and in its original saleable condition, subject to applicable health and safety restrictions. Custom, final-sale, worn or damaged items may be excluded when clearly identified at purchase.

Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions. Unless an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
